Plot Summary:
In 1983, the Senator Vernon Trent it is directing a campaign of important re-election. Mason Storm of policeman of Los Angeles carves in video a meeting where Trent rents murderers to kill his opponent so he will not lose the election. When the Freemason’s covering is taken, he escapes temporarily, but when he calls in this information to his partner Kevin O’Malley, he is heard by chance by corrupt policemen whom they work for Trent. In his way at house, the Freemason stops in a shop of liqueur looking for some champagne to celebrate his blow covered up with his wife Felicia and his son 5-year-old Sonny. 5 killers enter in the shop with arms and take the salesman, and Mason kills the killers. At home, the Freemason wraps Sonny up, and the Freemason and Happiness open the champagne. The corrupt policemen who heard by chance the call of Storm to vain Kevin to the house of Storm and they begin to shoot his arms. Happiness is killed, and Sonny is failing and it dared killed. The freemason himself, cheers up dead men declared in the hospital only to remain in one eat. Kevin recruits the help of a doctor in order that guards the Freemason’s survival a secret until he can recover and give the information in his assailants. 7 years later, in 1990, Kevin was got of the LAPD, with Trent and his men who now handle the things. The freemason is in a center of coma below the pseudonym *quot; of John Doe, *quot; and him the nurse Andrea Andy Stewart likes very much. 7 wakes the freemason of coma of his year, and it takes some time to be recovered. After the recuperation, the Freemason is brought together by Sonny, which has now 12 years, and the Freemason plans his vengeance in Trent.

No seu caminho em casa, o Maçom deixa em uma loja de licor de buscar alguma champanha para celebrar o seu golpe encoberto com sua esposa Felicia e seu filho de 5 anos Sonny. 5 matadores entram na loja com armas e levam o caixeiro, e Mason mata os matadores. Em casa, o Maçom aconchega Sonny, e o Maçom e Felicia abrem a champanha. Os policiais corruptos quem ouviu por acaso a chamada de Tempestade a Kevin vão à casa de Tempestade e começam a disparar as suas armas. Felicia é morto, e Sonny está falhando e atreveu-se morto. O próprio maçom, mortos declarados no hospital, reanima-se só para permanecer em uma coma. Kevin alista a ajuda de um doutor para guardar a sobrevivência de Maçom um segredo até que ele possa recuperar e dar a informação nos seus assaltadores. 7 anos depois, em 1990, Kevin foi conseguido do LAPD, com Trent e os seus homens que agora manejam as coisas. O maçom está em um centro de coma abaixo do pseudônimo "de John Doe," e dele gosta muito a enfermeira Andrea Andy Stewart. O maçom desperta-se de coma do seu 7 ano, e toma algum tempo para recuperar-se. Depois da recuperação, o Maçom é reunido com Sonny, que tem agora 12 anos, e o Maçom planeja a sua vingança em Trent.
