McMurphy, a man with several convictions of assault to his name, is in the jail again. This time, the price is the statutory violation when it turns out that his fiancée had lied on being eighteen, and it was, in fact, fifteen (or, as McMurphy said, *quot; fifteen continuing thirty and cinco*quot;). Rather that to spend his time in the jail, he convinces the custodies that he is quite crazy to need the psychiatric care and is sent to a hospital. He fits in alarmantemente well, and his different point of view really begins to do that some patients will progress. The nurse Ratched does to herself his personal cross to go when his resistance to the routine of hospital alters his nerves.
