Plot Summary:
Orin Boyd (Seagal) is a Detroit policeman who does not follow rules. After he saved the vice-president, while he injured every order which he received he will transfer to one of the worst surroundings in the city. There he bumps fast into some corrupt policemen who sell heroin to drug dealer. The problem is, it is very difficult to tell who is the bad guy, and whom you can trust.
Orin Boyd (Seagal) ist ein Detroiter Polizist, der Regeln nicht folgt. Nachdem er den Vizepräsidenten rettete, indem er jede Ordnung verletzte, die er erhielt er wird einer der schlechtesten Umgebungen in der Stadt übertragen. Dort stößt er schnell auf einige korrupte Polizisten, die Heroin an Rauschgifthändler verkaufen. Das Problem ist, es ist sehr schwierig zu erzählen, wer der schlechte Kerl ist, und wem Sie vertrauen können.
