Plot Summary: 

Ford of the cyclist Cary is framed by an old rival and cyclist gang leader for the murder of another gang member who is by chance the brother of Three (ice cubes), leaders of the mostly dreaded cyclist’s gang in the land. Now Ford is on the run which tries to clear his name of the murder with Three and his gang which looks for his blood.
