Storyline

Plot Summary: 

Arnold Schwarzenegger plays a Russian policeman sent after a Russian drug dealer who has fled in the United States and expects delivery in Chicago. Jim Belushi plays his temporary partner on the Chikagoer police. If the drug dealer flees, two police must overcome her differences to regain him.
