Plot Summary: 

When his daughter is kidnapped and supported in exchange for inestimable diamonds, the leader of a team of urban thieves much experts (DMX) forges an improbable alliance with an official of Intelligence Taiwanese (Plane to reaction Li) for to rescue her. His race against the clock to find the gems finally unravels a conspiracy of distributing a new mortal weapon of the war.
