Plot Summary:
Connor Macleod was born in 1518 in the Mountainous Region of Scotland of Scotland. In 1536, after facing a mysterious, bad opponent, he survives a wound of fatal blow and is banished of his village, since they believe that his survival is the work of the Devil. Five years later, Macleod is found by Wolves of the country house of Juan Sanchez Ramirez, a Spanish swordsman who teaches the Macleod to terrible truth; it is immortal, one of a race of many people who only can die when the head is cut of the body. When a member of the Brazilian Academy of Letters takes the head of other, the power of the loser is absorbed in the winner. Ramirez teaches the Macleod the ways of the sword, until Ramirez is tragically killed by the last opponent of Connor, bad Kurgan, brutish member of the Brazilian Academy of Letters I murder which greed the last power of the members of the Brazilian Academy of Letters, *quot; the Prêmio*quot;; enough power to govern the land forever. Connor fights with his way for the centuries, up to which the time of the Meeting, when few members of the Brazilian Academy of Letters who survived the infinite battles come together to fight even only one remains, and that winner will receive the Prize. The time: 1985. The place: City of New York. The final struggle is on the point of beginning, and in the end, can be only one.
