Plot Summary:
In the year 1971, San Francisco confronts the terror of a maniac known as the Scorpion - who shoots in innocent victims and demands the rescue for notes left in the scene of the crime. The inspector Harry Callahan (acquaintance as Harry Sucio for his pairs by his handling of reputation of murder cases) is awarded to the case together with his partner of newest Small Inspector Gonzalez to detect the Scorpion and to stop him. Using the humiliation and the type of mouse and cat of games against Callahan, the Scorpion is put to the test in spite of be catching by a dirty attitude.
En el año 1971, San Francisco afronta el terror de un maníaco conocido como el Escorpión - quién dispara en víctimas inocentes y exige el rescate por notas dejadas en la escena del delito. El inspector Harry Callahan (conocido como Harry Sucio por sus pares por su manejo de reputación de casos homicidas) es adjudicado al caso junto con su compañero de newest Inspector Chico Gonzalez para detectar el Escorpión y pararle.
