In 1929 a such one of nine years impoverished called Chiyo of a village of fishing it is sold to a geisha’s house in the district Gion de Quioto and subjected to the cruel treatment of the owners and the front geisha Hatsumomo. His beauty atordoante attracts the vindictive jealousy of Hatsumomo, until she is rescued for and taken below the wing of the bitter rival of Hatsumomo, Mameha. Below mentorship of Mameha, Chiyo is called Sayuri of the geisha, trained in all the artistic and social skills that a geisha must dominate to survive in his society. Since a re-nominated geisha she introduces a society of prosperity, privilege, and political intrigue. Like looms of Second World war Japan and the world of the geisha are modified forever by the violent attack of the history.
Em 1929 um tal de nove anos empobrecido denominou Chiyo de uma aldeia de pesca é vendido a uma casa de gueixa no distrito Gion de Quioto e submetido ao tratamento cruel dos proprietários e a gueixa dianteira Hatsumomo. A sua beleza atordoante atrai o ciúme vingativo de Hatsumomo, até que ela seja resgatada por e tomada abaixo da asa do rival amargo de Hatsumomo, Mameha.
