Based on the true history of the Australian pianist David Helfgott, this enchanting movie draws the first first and traumatic years. To count of the history in the retrospect when in unrolling the scene inserted we see David as he grows and in a children’s prodigy while his father goes too far of him and his brothers with the memory of his childhood in Europe and the loss of his family in the fields of concentration. David finally separates of his father and go to study for the overseas, he then suffers an exhaustion and turns the Australia and a life in an institution. Many years later he is launched and for several changes of direction of the fate (in fact even more unlikely than the movie shows) he begins to touch a piano in a bar before returning finally to the room of concert.
