Plot Summary: 

Below on destroying a case which encloses a crime man Harry Callahan is sent San Paulo to investigate, the homicide of a man found deadly in a car. Jennifer (of the murderers of the man in the car) murders all rapists whom they violated brutally as well as her sister 10 years ago, and she has returned to San Paulo too exactly her revenge. Lay waste it is enclosed inattentively in own difficulties by Jennifer during his investigations, all the time not supposing that she is the murderer.
