Plot Summary:
The friends Emmett, Freddy, Mary, Kevin and his reticent girlfriend Jessie decide to spend the night of Halloween in an abandoned hospital. Meanwhile, younger Allan meets the old friend of his father Arlo Ray Baines and shone ask to help to find his missing sister Meg in the same stain. Both groups meet in the section of psychiatric hospital in the third haunted floor and they note that they are trapped in the place. Jessie has visions from past and discovers that the ghost of Jacob, an ancient patient who raped a small girl and burnt the hospital, try to avoid fact to have their bodies which melt with its mediocre mind.
Les amis Emmett, Freddy, Marie, Kevin et sa petite amie réticente Jessie décident de passer la nuit d’Halloween à un hôpital abandonné. Pendant ce temps, Allan plus jeune rencontre le vieil ami de son père Arlo Ray Baines et lui demande d’aider à trouver sa soeur disparue Meg dans la même tache. Les deux groupes se rencontrent dans la section d’hôpital psychiatrique au troisième plancher hanté et ils constatent qu’ils sont piégés dans l’endroit. Jessie a des visions à partir du passé et découvre que le fantôme de Jacob, un ancien patient qui a violé une petite fille et a brûlé l’hôpital, essaie d’échapper au fait de posséder leurs corps qui fondent avec son méchant esprit.
