| After getting into a car accident while drunk on the day of her sister's wedding, Gwen Cummings is given a choice between prison or a rehab center. She chooses rehab, but is extremely resistant to taking part in any of the treatment programs they have to offer, refusing to admit that she has an alcohol addiction. After getting to know some of the other patients, Gwen gradually begins to re-examine her life and see that she does, in fact, have a serious problem. | A charismatic convicted (Bruce Willi) and a hypochondrischer prisoner (Billy Bob Thornton) breaking from the prison in a cement truck and starts immediately a bank which robs booze. Known as the Sleepover *quot; Banditen*quot; growing, two bank managers kidnap the night before her robbery, spend the night with her families, and then everything go to the bank in the morning to get the money. using a stupid Stuntman (Troygewicht Garrity) as her escape driver and lookout, three pull away successfully several jobs which gets them recognition on a Tv show about America criminal. If a dull housewife (Cate Blanchett) with a failing marriage to the runaway decides, she ends in the hands of the criminals. At the beginning drawn to Willis she still also ends in the bed with Thornton, and begins a confused romantic respect. Together continuing with her booze, the bandits hit the wall if the bank managers understand that they are bloodless and, therefore, no threat against them or her employees. This leads to a more big notch in the Alamo bank where in the very opening scenes things seem to fail.
Ein charismatischer Verurteilter (Bruce Willis) und ein hypochondrischer Gefangener (Billy Bob Thornton) Brechung aus dem Gefängnis in einem Zementlastwagen und fängt sofort eine Bank an, die Sauferei ausraubt. Bekannt als die Sleepover "Banditen" werdend, kidnappen die zwei Bankdirektoren die Nacht vor ihrem Raub, geben die Nacht mit ihren Familien aus, und dann gehen alle zur Bank am Morgen, um das Geld zu bekommen. Einen dämlichen Stuntman (Troygewicht Garrity) als ihr Flucht-Treiber und Ausguck verwendend, ziehen die drei erfolgreich mehrere Jobs weg, der sie Anerkennung auf einer Tv-Show über Amerikas Verbrecher bekommt. Wenn eine langweilige Hausfrau (Cate Blanchett) mit einer scheiternden Ehe dem Ausreißer entscheidet, endet sie in den Händen der Verbrecher. Am Anfang angezogen zu Willis endet sie dennoch auch im Bett mit Thornton, und eine verwirrte romantische Beziehung beginnt. Zusammen mit ihrer Sauferei weitermachend, schlagen die Banditen die Wand, wenn die Bankdirektoren begreifen, dass sie gewaltlos sind und deshalb keine Drohung gegen sie oder ihre Angestellten. Das führt zu einer mehr großer Kerbe an der Alamo Bank, wo in den sehr öffnenden Szenen Dinge scheinen schief zu gehen. |
