| Fresh-faced and innocent, Dorian Gray arrives in London to move into the house he has inherited. A young man called Tristan attempts (of Charlie Cox) of gained heart of the rustic beauty Victoria (Miller of Siena) promising to bring him a star that falls. His travel takes it besides the walls of his village to a mysterious and prohibited land. When Tristan finds the star, he is stunned to discover that it is, not a piece of the meteoric rock, but an angry, injured girl called the Yvaine (Claire Danes) - the one who has not any wish to be dragged through the world and introduced to the friend of anybody. But Tristan is not the only one looking for the star. A king that (Peter O'Toole) dies four children - not to mention the spirits of his three dead brothers - the whole necessity to star like them compete for the throne. Three bad witches driven by the Lamia look for murderer (Michelle Pfeiffer) heart of the star to make them young again. Tristan and Yvaine are got to escape together, when the captain of a boat is finding flying pirate (Robert De Niro) and a shady trader called Ferdy to Fence (Ricky Gervais) along the way. Since they travel Tristan discovers the signification of the true love, but it does not carry out that he is driving Yvaine in even any more danger.
