Chumscrubber leaves with Troy, a normal teenager who provides *quot; sense of bons*quot; having constricted in each in his secondary school (this way it spreads happiness all around). Mais le psychologue de l’école diagnostiquera Justin avec le Désordre de Déficit d’Attention et le prescrira quelques médicaments. Subitement, le problème de Justin avec son pouce disparaîtra, en devenant un génie hyperactif, en gagnant plusieurs concours de discussion et l’admiration de son enseignant (Vince Vaughn). Quand même, les problèmes plus sérieux viendront pour Justin avec sa mère, son père et avec une dépendance de la drogue.
