A detective of New Orleans leads an investigation in a killer who violates and murders women. His information leads him in the sordid side of the city where he is not any stranger out of service. Louise works in a Fastfood restaurant as a waitress and has some problems with her friend Jimmy who, as a musician, always on the street is.
