John Rambo is removed of the prison by his ancient Superior, Coronel Samuel Troutman, for a confidential operation to return the POW’S still supported in Vietnam. The allocation of Rambo only must take pictures wherefrom the POWs are being supported, but Rambo wants to obtain the POWs of Vietnam. Formed a team with the feminine fighter of Vietnamese freedom Co Bao, Rambo tackles a mission to rescue the POWs, those who are being supported by the Vietnamese sadistic Captain Vinh and his Russian companion, Lieutenant Colonel Padovsky. The falls of Rambo in love with Co Bao, and when Co Bao is killed by Captain Vinh, Rambo wants the revenge, then he begins to kill every enemy at sight still focusing in his intentions of rescuing the POWs. There are also the American corrupt officials involved in the mission, even Marshall Murdock, one of the Superiors of Rambo.
