A retired special agent called to John Matrix led a unit of the elite and it has left the armed forces to live in a mountain isolated to house with his daughter Jenny. But now he is forced of the retirement when his daughter is kidnapped by a group of hoodlums’ intention of the revenge! Without knowing Counterfoil Counterfoil, the members of his ancient unit are being killed one after other. Even although ‘General of friend of the Counterfoil Franklin Kirby gives the guards armed with the Counterfoil, the attackers manage to kidnap the Counterfoil and Jenny. The counterfoil learns that Bennett, an ancient member of his’ unit of the Counterfoil that dead person was supposed has kidnapped him to try to force the Counterfoil to do a political murder for a man called Arius (who President is called-), a chief to serve earlier bested for the Counterfoil who wants to lead a military coup in his fatherland. Since Arius will make to kill Jenny if the Counterfoil refuses, the Counterfoil unwillingly accepted the demand.
