Billy Hayes am caught by trying to get medicaments of Turkey illegally. The Turkish courts of justice decide to make an example of him, by condemning it in more than 30 years in the prison. The Hagues has two opportunities as release: calls made by his lawyer, his family and the American government, or *quot; express of Minuit*quot;.

The rise and the fall of the Roman well-known Emperor Caligula, showing the violent methods that he employs to gain the throne, and the subsequent madness of his kingdom - he gives to his horse the political office and humiliates and there executes someone than up to lightly the despraz. He also sleeps with his sister, organize complicated orgies and it undertakes a fruitless invasion of England before finding an appropriate end. There are several versions of the movie, in the limits of the pesadamente - version of 90 minutes chopped off to the confirmed legendary version of 160 minutes that does not leave anything to the imagination (though the confirmed scenes were inserted then and do not implicate the principal members of form).
