The boss Spearman, Charley Waite, Mose Harrison and the Button freegraze their stock across the Western vast meadows, by sharing a friendship forged by a code of devoted honour and leading a life not blocked by civilization. When their restive herd forces them near the small city of Harmonville, the cowboys meet a corrupt sheriff and an owner of ranch of ankle who govern the territory by fright, dictatorship and violence. The boss and Charley think inextricably he is pulled towards an unavoidable test of strength, as they are forced to defend freedom and stocks of a style of life which disappears very too quickly. Among agitation, life takes an unforeseen turn for the loner Charley suddenly when he meets Known nice and hot lively Barlow, a woman who clutches both the heart and its soul.
