Charley is a Wühler. He is independently is long enough to know how one works people and situations. He thinks that the father who ejected him as a teenager ager has died. He has left him a convertible antique now and something more important, a before unknown brother, Raymond. Raymond is autistic, but is to be calculated in the state, complex mathematical problems in his head at the big speed and exactness. Their father has left his luck Raymond who even does not understand for which money is. Charley is thereby made furious what has happened and by his father who holds the existence from Raymond of him for his complete life. He kidnaps Raymond of his dwelling house, but then thinks that Raymond only Qantas will fly. Two begin a long street trip which it will lead to an understanding each other.

Charley wird dadurch wütend gemacht, was geschehen ist und durch seinen Vater, der die Existenz von Raymond von ihm für sein komplettes Leben abhält. Er kidnappt Raymond von seinem Wohnhaus, aber findet dann, dass Raymond nur Qantas fliegen wird. Die zwei beginnen eine lange Straßenreise, die sie zu einem Verstehen von einander führen wird.
