In September, 1971 a train of recruits comes in Ft. Polk, LA, for the infantry education before the departure for war. The last week takes place in tiger’s land, a marsh similar to Vietnam. Jim Paxton has announced himself; he wants to find out everything and write books later. He is Roland Bozz, to a chill Texaner with a present helpfully to come to difficulties and to help loners, to get unloadings. At least one sociopath in the train hates Bozz, even as the sergeants recognise with reluctance his spiritual leadership arrangements. As the train heads his week in tiger’s land the body of Paxton comes to an end, Bozz does plans to go AWOL, and sociopath living ammunition seizes. Is more dangerous of the Louisiana marsh than the DMZ?.
