Emma is a divorced woman with a teen-aged son, who moved to small town and tries to make out a horse ranch. Murphey is the town pharmacist, who directs the business her way. Things were going along as expected, until her ex-husband shows up, you need a place to stay. Three of them form a multi-step circle, Emma's son think of Murphey, but desperately want his father's back.
