In 1929 a such one of nine years impoverished called Chiyo of a village of fishing it is sold to a geisha’s house in the district Gion de Quioto and subjected to the cruel treatment of the owners and the front geisha Hatsumomo. Since a re-nominated geisha she introduces a society of prosperity, privilege, and political intrigue.
