John Rambo is removed of the prison by his ancient Superior, Coronel Samuel Troutman, for a confidential operation to return the POW’S still supported in Vietnam. The allocation of Rambo only must take pictures wherefrom the POWs are being supported, but Rambo wants to obtain the POWs of Vietnam. Formed a team with the feminine fighter of Vietnamese freedom Co Bao, Rambo tackles a mission to rescue the POWs, those who are being supported by the Vietnamese sadistic Captain Vinh and his Russian companion, Lieutenant Colonel Padovsky. The falls of Rambo in love with Co Bao, and when Co Bao is killed by Captain Vinh, Rambo wants the revenge, then he begins to kill every enemy at sight still focusing in his intentions of rescuing the POWs. There are also the American corrupt officials involved in the mission, even Marshall Murdock, one of the Superiors of Rambo.
John Rambo es quitado de la prisión por su antiguo superior, Coronel Samuel Troutman, para una operación confidencial para devolver el POW’S todavía sostenido en Vietnam. La asignación de Rambo sólo debe tomar cuadros de donde los POWs están siendo sostenidos, pero Rambo quiere conseguir el POWs de Vietnam. Formado un equipo con el luchador de libertad vietnamita femenino Co Bao, Rambo emprende una misión de rescatar el POWs, quiénes están siendo sostenidos por el Capitán vietnamita sádico Vinh y su camarada ruso, Teniente Coronel Padovsky. Las caídas de Rambo enamoradas de Co Bao, y cuando Co Bao es matada por el Capitán Vinh, Rambo quieren la venganza, entonces él comienza a matar a cada enemigo a la vista todavía enfocando en sus intenciones de rescatar el POWs. Hay también los funcionarios americanos corruptos implicados en la misión, incluso Marshall Murdock, uno de los superiores de Rambo.
