Chris Taylor (the Chandelier of Charlie) is an American young person, innocent who abandons the secondary school and offers for battle to Viêt Nam. On arrival, it quickly discovers that its presence is wholly insignificant and considered insignificant to other soldiers, as he did not struggle for as long as the rest of them and smelt the effects of battle. Chris has two commanders, the sergeant de Personnel grincheux and indestructible Robert Barnes (Tom Berenger) and the more agreeable and cooperative Sergeant Elias Grodin (Willem Dafoe). A line is drawn between both officers and certain number of men in the section when an illegal murder occurs during a raid of the village. As uninterrupted war, Chris pulls towards fusion of c himself and * 339; ur of a psychological reactor. And as it fights for survival, he soon realizes that he struggles against two battles, conflict with the enemy and conflict between the men in his section.
Chris Taylor (le Lustre de Charlie) est un américain jeune, naïf qui renonce au collège et se propose pour la bataille au Viêt Nam. Sur l’arrivée, il découvre vite que sa présence est tout à fait insignifiante et est considérée insignifiant aux autres soldats, comme il n’a pas lutté pour aussi longtemps que le reste d’entre eux et a senti les effets de bataille. Chris a deux commandants, le Sergent de Personnel grincheux et indestructible Robert Barnes (Tom Berenger) et le Sergent plus plaisant et coopératif Elias Grodin (Willem Dafoe). Une ligne est tirée entre les deux officiers et un certain nombre d’hommes dans la section quand un meurtre illégal se produit pendant un raid du village. Comme la guerre continue, Chris lui-même tire vers la fusion du cœur d’un réacteur psychologique. Et comme il se bat pour la survivance, il se rend bientôt compte qu’il lutte contre deux batailles, le conflit avec l’ennemi et le conflit entre les hommes dans sa section.
