This is the summer of 1994, and the streets of New York's pulsating and hip-hop. Set in this context, a lone juvenile named Luke Shapiro spent last summer at the university, he sold marijuana throughout the New York City, trade with his unorthodox psychotherapist for treatment, and at first sight of his stepdaughter female.
