Sam Lowry is a technocrat looted in a futurist society who is unnecessarily complicated and inefficient. He dreams of a life where he can go away of technology and bureaucracy of excess of power, and spend the eternity with the woman of his dreams. Trying to rectify the unfair detention of such a Harry Buttle, Lowry it finds the woman whom he is always pursuing in his dreams, Jill Layton.
