Great Britain, in 2007. A deadly plague, known as *quot; mower virus, *quot; has broken out, hundred thousands in his wake killing. In the desperation the British government evacuates so many survivors as it is able to from the stuck on area, and then a wall builds to flee the rest of it holding,. Thirty years later, with the wall still and the victims everything forgets except, the virus breaks out again.
